Great time in these pretty thermal baths. The principle of the bracelet that opens and closes the locker is really easy to understand, the little cabin is great and access to the thermal baths is simplicity itself! The outdoor pool is great, even if it is very crowded. The indoor pools are a little disappointing. A bit of upkeep and improvement (repainting, highlighting the architecture...) would not be a luxury, given the price of admission... But clean overall.

Wonderful facilities But I would have liked the tone of people's voices to be lower. I know it was created for the Hungarian citizenship to socialize, but we can all speak in a lower tone of voice. It is perfectly known the rules that we must comply there ... they are super clear and we would not have to be listening to the responsible of the " dick" all day ...but super happy to have been there.

We had a Fantastic experience. Easy to buy tickets and the personal cabin to get changed and leave our belongings secure was worth it. Shame not all out door pools were available.
It is good but it lacks maintenance, the pools are moldy and when I went there they were very full. However, it is very relaxing.

An excellent day! Busy, but we enjoyed it very much. You have to be early to have a chance of a sunbed though. But, if you're patient these are often vacated regularly by other guests so keep an eye out. We were also particularly impressed by the way that they've incorporated modern tech in an aesthetically sympathetic way, such as the cabin locks operated by the wireless armbands.
It's a great spa with many indoor pooos and 3 large outdoor pools. The main pool for laps you need a swimming cap for. There are also various saunas. I went on a Tuesday and it was still packed with people. So expect it to be busy. I booked a cabin changing room as I had a large backpack. It was perfect to leave it. It's locked and secure and great privacy for changing in.
The environment was nice. Lovely view. Too many choices and different experiences. Not too crowded and there were enough sun beds for everyone. We spent almost the whole day there. The only downside was the woman collecting our tags during checkout.. found her quite rude, atleast if you don't understand English, take your time to figure out what we're saying before you start responding out of point and then speaking her language to her colleague and totally ignoring us. That was very rude. Also, it'll be nice if someone can show first timers around and explain some certain things and how they work.. we had to figure everything out by ourselves. But overall, it was a lovely experience. Will recommend this to anyone visiting Budapest. And I'll definitely do it again.
It is a good visit especially if it is hot as it was for us, good facilities, a little overpriced but good, recommended.

Fantastic thermal baths with a wide variety of pools ranging in temp from 20-40 degrees, plus saunas etc. The range of pools meant we were there for about 6 hours enjoying the baths. The lazy river as a highlight for the kids as well.
So good! It's busy but you can still try to everything you need. The outdoor pools are cool. There is a bar and good cafe and saunas and cold plunges. Loved it!
Loved the architecture. The authentic old man doing slow circuits in the indoor exercise pool made the experience! But no chess boards?

If you are in Budapest you can't miss it, we have been there for a week and to end the trip there is nothing better to leave relaxed. We have chosen the most common thermal baths, but any will do. Széchemyi Spa was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a sense of tranquility and luxury. The spa had a wide variety of indoor pools, each with its own unique feature. We spent hours moving from pool to pool, enjoying the soothing warmth and healing properties of the mineral-rich waters. The highlight of our visit, however, was the outdoor pool. It was the perfect temperature and we were surrounded by the breathtaking natural scenery. As we floated in the warm water, we couldn't help but feel completely at peace and rejuvenated. Overall, the Széchemyi Spa was a truly amazing experience that we would highly recommend to anyone in need of relaxation and pampering.

Audio-guided tour of the Parliament Building in Budapest lasting only 50 minutes. Few rooms could be visited, in a rather limited itinerary, but what we saw was certainly interesting and flashy. We were given an appointment 45 minutes before the entrance for paperwork to be done, so arm yourself with patience for the wait. The exterior part of the palace is definitely more eye-catching, and the interior tour is reductive and limited, compared to the large size of the palace. The royal crown room is not photographable.

The rooms that you got to see were really amazing. However, I think that far too little was offered for the money and instead of telling so much, there could have been 2-3 more rooms. The ticket on site costs 10 euros less and that would also be ok.

Great views in the nighttime cruise, we forgot our headphones but still could read the guide in the screens on board. I suggest to get on the line about 30 min early so you can get a good seat cause the line gets long.

Easy to find thanks to the coordinates generated by the app, the atmosphere is very friendly, the one-hour trip at night is magnificent !!!! It's clean, the boat's on time, the drinks are a bit expensive, but that's OK...You can stay in the "room", go out on the back deck or the patio below the boat. You can move around freely and the staff are all smiles. A very good experience. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed a relaxing morning at the Gellert Spa. With our tickets already booked in advance, getting in went very smoothly. We found it very convenient to have our own private cabin, where we could leave our belongings and have access to them at all times. We were kindly escorted to our cabin by the staff. The Spa itself was wonderful to be in. It was quiet and we were able to relax. Highly recommended!

A good time was had by all, both inside and out. The place is quite extraordinary. Be careful, though: you'll need a bathing cap for the large indoor pool.
View original review in French
Gellert Baths was so lovely relaxing. We were blessed with beautiful sunshine in March and spent ages chilling in the outside thermal pool as well as the inside ones, sauna, steam room and plunge pool. The cruise was only a short walk away. It was an enjoyable experience but it would've been better if we'd have had a tour guide.
Τhe outdoor pool was interesting experience. It could have bigger size.It was a little complecated to find your way in spa but the expefience was very very interesting.I will remember it
It was truly extraordinary with friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come again.
Good, but stench in the changing rooms. One of the outdoor baths closed but not specified. Non-respect of certain customers who discuss at high volume when regulations require silence, this should be controlled.
View original review in French
Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was closed, and I only learned about it after I purchased my ticket (full price) online. The pools close at 6:40 p.m., and despite the short notice and the few cubicles in the locker rooms, the staff demanded that at 7:00 p.m. all customers be out of the facility. Tip: Either close the pools earlier or give the clients time to change.
View original review in Italian
The baths were very beautiful and frescoed. Unclear directions on how to get to lockers. Staff not very courteous and helpful, changing room too small.
View original review in Italian
I would have liked the cruise to have included either audio guides or that during the cruise there was an explanation of what was being seen.... So it was just a river tour (not being accompagnatinle visit....!) somewhat disappointing tour. Also no one had told us that we had to download the app x have some sort of audio guide!

Very positive experience. The facilities were clean. Very well indicated the location of the different pools. Great the centrifuge machines for the bathing suits.
View original review in Spanish
Very beautiful and impressive, polite staff various pools with different temperatures, lockers with electronic lock, open until 19h but I recommend no more than 4h I only regret that the most beautiful outdoor pool was closed for work and not indicated when booking. Bring bathrobe because in the outdoor paths there is too cold and of course bathing cap and slippers. The bar in the haul has excellent pastries and coffee at modest prices, not suitable for those who hate promiscuous environments. Cleanliness 8/10 . Booking online is better skip the line.

Online booking is efficient. The indoor pool and hot tubs are pleasant, with a choice of progressive temperatures. A little more light would be appreciated. Disappointed by the outdoor pool not in use and too many people in the hot tub. Overall, a good experience.

Perfect Headout service. Quick and easy. Gellert Baths was a great experience in an amazing location
View original review in Italian
The venue is beautiful but the signage was not easy to navigate at all which I expected from the reviews I'd read. We had to do a lot of exploring to find everything as it isn't obvious what is available and where it is. The changing rooms were filthy. There were dirty plasters and even blood over the floors which wasa real shame. It was a little crowded but we did go on a Saturday afternoon.
Everything perfect and very well organized. The only thing is that it seems expensive. They could have a two hour stay option and it would be cheaper.
View original review in Spanish
I liked the historical architectural part and the spa area, I was sorry the larger outdoor pool was closed, this created crowding in other places inside the spa.
View original review in Italian
We took the combo of spa and cruise. The spa we did as we arrived, it was not far from our accommodation. We chose with cabins, small private changing rooms. Several mini thermal pools of different temperatures, another pool that is the famous one in the photo, sauna, steam bath.... And finally, the outdoor thermal pool. All a marvel, we went in November and we felt like a lot of warm water watching the moon. The cruise we did the next day in the afternoon, already at dusk. Very nice, all illuminated and the boat was not even noticeable, it seemed to float, with its heating and everything. A success. Thank you very much

Great experience. I loved it !
Was a great time well organized, sadly some rain and more men than woman but a good time.
It is very expensive inside if we need to drink something and the music was only techno and not mainstream I prefer mainstream music.
Very expensive entry ticket, no mention made of the obligation to wear sleepers, so you have to buy them on the spot at €25 a pair ....... In the early evening, only one pool is accessible, so the experience is limited.
View original review in French
Exchanging euros into thier own card is a scam! When we got to know about it we never recharged it again! Otherwise the view of the party is great. Music was great too.
Once inside the party its great, but what offsets from "Awesome" on the total experience is the chaos in advance (spent around 1 hour to get to the pool). Separating men and women in different lines leads to women having to wait inside the reception for the men to bring the tickets which cant be separated (so whats the point really?) Instead of all the hazzle with "cash only" is very old fashioned and weird in 2024. You could potensially incease revenues by selling waterproof bags for credit cards as an alternative to that prefilled card that has to be refilled once a customer realises the balance is too low. Never the less, we had a really good time once we got all the way in - but I would have spent a lot more if you accepted credit cards.
Amazing experience. Everything was v well organised. It was clean , lockers were safe , set up was good. Over all must do.
It''s an unique experience, all pirotecnique shows and dancers, was just amazing. security in the water was exceptional, made everything comfortable enough. Good DJ, playing hits and mixing with techno. Totally recommended!
Everything went smoothly, doors opened at 21.30 , the wait wasn't long, several hostess at the desk who validate the tickets and give you all the explanation you need, your wristband which serves you as key for the locker, drink tickets if you chose the premiumticket.... Staff is really lovely and are everywhere which makes the event very very safe. The experience is worthy :) I highly recommend!
I liked the experience of being in an uncovered space with hot water. It was very pleasant. The music does not accompany the party. There is world known music that suits all cultures. People were not animated because the music was not the most appropriate.

Amazing experience, Thermal bath in 31 degrees really feels comfortable and relaxing moments. Not to be missed in Budapest visit.
This was a very unique experience with a number of indoor and outside pools. Sun loungers are available for using when you are out of the outside pools. Reasonable weather is required for the oputside pools as it could be uncomfortably cold when sitting of the pools. It is great on a sunny day.
Absolutely everything. Very nice and exciting experience

Super cool experience and tons of pools to test out. Beautiful building as well, would highly recommend as part of your trip to Budapest!
I liked everything, the pools are incredible, everything was clean and very organized. They should mention that you can bring a sandwich, fruit and a drink.

Defo worth a visit! Yes it prob could do with an upgrade(some already been upgraded when we were there) but an iconic thermal spa in Budapest!! Booking process with Headout was easy and efficient 👌
