Fabulous way to spend a couple of hours to our weekend away, highly recommend, very organised and gorgeous 😍
I thought it was great. Very well maintained, and a great time to take a bath outdoors and with the cold outside at this time of year. The fact that you have a private cabin helps your privacy. Great

There are many pools available, the lockers are good and secure. Hair dryers are available and a recommended attraction.

The experience with Headout was great. 5*. Made booking our excursions so easy! The Baths themselves were overcrowded, we couldn't access all of it due to this. The inside smelt a bit like drains, some pools worse than others. That being said, it was not a bad experience and I'm glad we went!
The reservation was very easy through Headout and very useful to be able to access the tickets without internet, in this case it was not necessary, but I see it as a very useful feature for some cases. As far as the thermal baths are concerned, the experience was great and the fact of having a private cabin was very useful.

The ticketing experience with Headout was so easy and efficient. I found them online and booked with them straight away. I immediately received confirmation from them through WhatsApp with easy access to my tickets. The Szechenyi Thermal Baths experience was incredible. We loved it the heated outdoor pool. So many different options too, depending on the size and temperature of pool you prefer. Definitely recommend.
The bathrooms were dirty The changing areas with very wet floors, it is very difficult to get dressed without wetting your pants, socks, etc.

The information was very complete and specific, we had no problem when it came to carrying out the two contracted activities. If we were to come back I would have no doubt to check the same pack again.

The entrance was quick and we had all the time we wanted to tour the pools inside and outside. There was towel and flip flop service. A unique experience.

The outside pools were great but was disappointed with the inside facilities. When you book I thought everything included but really only 2 small pools inside available to use as others either closed or not within our ticket
Head out was super quick & easy to use. Sent both WhatsApp messages & emails confirming booking. I found the staff in the baths not so helpful, as if we were supposed to know where to go/what to do. Other than that amazing experience
We have been guests at this wonderful thermal spa for many years. It is always pure relaxation. It is very welcome that there is now a dry sauna without swimwear. The infusion is highly recommended. We will be back! 😊

We went on a Monday and although it was quite crowded, you could enjoy the pools because it was not crowded. There were lookers and places to sit and leave things. We didn't have to wait in line because they were quick to assist us, so we got in without any problems.

A very unique place. Amazing building and facilities. Water was wonderful at 29 degrees! Very easy to book tickets. Transport there easy via Hop on Hop off red bus. So glad we had this experience!
Easy booking, the river cruise was very smooth, the spa was great and the tickets were exactly as booked. However, I had to download yet another app (the headout one), over mobile data while abroad, to be able to show a QR code for my tickets at the spa. It would be handy if you send the QR in an email or have it on the website after login, which has the booking ID and everything else that I thought I'd need to gain entry.
A must-do experience in Budapest! A word of advice: come early to enjoy the peace and quiet and the magnificent setting in 34° water.

The attraction was amazing. For first time in our lives we visited a thermal bath while the outside temperature was almost 0oC. The Headout experience was totaly helpful
Very convenient combi entry to the spa and the evening cruise. For the cruise, I recommend showing up at least 20 minutes before departure as the 7:30 and 7:40 pm ones are merged and a very long line is created.

The hot springs are sold as something extraordinary and not at all, they are nothing out of this world, very crowded, and it is cheaper to buy the ticket at the box office.

Everything went very well. Expectations fulfilled. Only negative point was the lack of hairdryers available to guests inside the spa. One available hair dryer is not enough to meet the needs of hundreds of guests.

The changing cubicles are very well designed and give the impression of being in another era. The whole area is very pretty and well maintained. A good moment of relaxation

The actual bath experience was good, however the " head out" experience was not. I booked the tickets outside of the building as on arrival found that by paying on the door you could not hire the use of a cabin, only a locker. I booked on line received and email from head out confirming the booking ( and the 4 x 4€ fee ) however I could take up to 2 hours for the tickets to arrive. With the help of customer service at the spa, I was able to gain entry, the tickets have still not arrived.
I recommend the experience of visiting the Spa and enjoying the facilities, the pools, saunas, all are attractive, it relaxes you and gives you a great wellbeing.

Fantastic, easy to use, luvly to be able to choose your own dates times, and having ease of tickets on your phone. The thermal Baths were fantastic, the outdoor was the best, me my husband and 2 children Age 11 and 15 loved it. The only thing I'd say too keep prices down, take your own food, snacks and drinks, because it was the most expensive meal we had in budapest £80 for 3 fizzy drinks, chocolate cake, 2 kindo buenas, tube of pringles, x1 sausage and chips, and x3 - 3 chicken wings and chips. ( £80gbp) but we no for next time, also it is worth booking a cabin and not just a locker, more private and can leave items in the room for ease. Some of the inside pools were abit smelly and dirty, but outside were fantastic. Kids loved it, it was busy, but plenty of space to sit and relax, get there early to get a sunbed if u want one, we went 1st Nov, We also booked the silverline river cruise in the night, the night time was the beat, such a beautiful city, the hot chocolate on the silverline is a MUST especially in Nov, it warms you up but it was the nicest hot chocolate ever.
